Yes the Gingerbread version of Android is capable and well equipped with necessary hardware for running its Flash content however there is no official Flash player for its operating system. One way to enable this is to download Flash 10.2 APK for Honeycomb but the installation process differs because it will need you to use your PC.

Step 1: Extract the the APK file by clicking the Honeycomb Flash 10.2 file twice.

Step 2: Connect your Android Gingerbread phone to your computer via USC connector cable. Allow the device to mount.
