It is necessary so that you know what kind of rooting package you will download to begin the process with. Since my friend has Samsung Galaxy S GT I9000 on Android 2.3.5 XXJVS Firmware, we download the Android 2.3.5 XXJVS Rooting Package for Samsung Galaxy S GT I9000 and here’s the necessary steps you need to follow:
